Charter agreement
Charter agreement is prepared as formal paper that includes details about the route, services, obligations from the owner of the yacht and renter. The boats might have different renting conditions. Find below some general rules.
The price is per day / week for the maximum number of persons on board permitted by law.
The day of departure/embarkation is Saturday. All boats can be rented per week for a minimum of 7 days or 14 days.
All itineraries take account of protected areas, zones where navigation is prohibited, and shall contain not more than 4 hours of navigation daily. You can exceed 4 hours in accordance with the captain at an additional cost.
The captain can always change the program due to the condition of the sea or weather, port police requests or maritime traffic.
Boarding takes place on the first day after 4 p.m. while the clients must leave the boat the last day before 10 a.m. The port of embarkation and disembarkation can not be changed after confirmation, while changes of the itinerary are possible during the cruise in agreement with the captain.
Boarding can start earlier if the boat is ready and the formalities are done. Transfers and hotel accomodation can be arranged on request.
The menu may include full board (recommended) or half board. Full menu prices ranges from 35€ – 70€ per person per day depending on your preferences. Drinks are charged separate according to your shopping list.
Payments
30 % – 50 % of the total is required to confirm the reservation. The total payment must be done 1 month before the departure. Menu expenses and port expenses are generally paid on board in cash. For some gulets can be requested balance payment in cash upon arrival.
The gulets can be optioned for 5 days in low season and for 2-4 days in high season.
Cancellation policy can be different according to rental period, yacht owner and price.
