Leros airport is located about 6 km from the capital. Here land only domestic flights that connect daily Leros island with Athens. Lakki is the main port where dock most of the big ferries, while Agia Marina is the port where arrive hydrofoils and catamarans from nearby islands.
It is advisable to rent a car or a scooter to discover the island. Remember to request the helmet which, although required, most of the local don’t wear. Leros has goos road network and road indications are mostry in Greek and English.
